The Sunrise Valley Apartment complex is a 14-unit apartment community located on Josephine Street, DeKalb Junction, NY.
All apartments are spacious with one bedroom, kitchen (plenty of cabinets!) combination of a living/dining room, large bath and a very, large closet/pantry, plus other amenities.
Sunrise Valley Apartments is a St. Lawrence County Senior Nutrition Site. Lunches are prepared and served five days a week in the community room.
Laundry facilities are located on site. There are coin operated washers and dryers available, or if you prefer, there is a clothesline for your use. Tenants are allowed one small pet. These may be small dogs, cats, birds, or a 10-gallon fish aquarium
