Edwards Senior Courts
You get the best of rural and village life while residing at Edwards Senior Court. Look out a north window and see deer grazing in the back yard. Step out the south side and mingle with the village community. Edwards Senior Court is a 24-unit rental apartment community located on Trout Lake Street in the Village of Edwards. This complex includes six garden style apartments surrounding a large community center. The local community participates in joint activities at this complex. This building is also affiliated with the St. Lawrence County Senior Nutrition Program, with lunches served five days a week in the Community Building.
Each one-bedroom apartment boasts of a kitchen, large living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Large storage areas compliment the apartments. This is a warm, friendly dwelling.
There are coin-operated laundry facilities on site in each of the six buildings.
Tenants are allowed one small pet. These may be small dogs, cats, birds, or a 10-gallon fish aquarium.
