Overview

After twenty years of operations, the Property Management Division has grown from a small enterprise to one of St. Lawrence County´s largest not-for-profit real estate management companies. During this time, the Housing Council has successfully managed properties through natural disasters and soft market conditions. The decision to enter into the property management field allowed the Housing Council to find an additional way to promote its mission of helping every resident of St. Lawrence County have “access to decent and affordable housing in vital and vibrant communities.”
