Parishville - Mill Yard Estates
The Mill Yard Estates is an apartment community located on Barton Road, nestled at the edge of the Adirondack Park, in Parishville, NY.
The complex has 20 units and is handicap accessible. An elevator makes living on the second floor easy and comfortable for those with difficulties ambulating. All apartments are spacious with one bedroom, kitchen (plenty of cabinets!), combination living/dining room, and a large bathroom. An inviting picnic area with tables and grills makes your summer time dining a true delight.
Laundry facilities are located on each floor on site. There are coin operated washers and dryers available, or if you prefer the fresh scent of sunshine in your clothes, there is a clothesline for your use.
